1. Education (Redd) tech course planned for spring Feb/Mar

2. Emergency Communications/RACES (Mike) nothing new, trailer vent spring broke, nothing new for the county

3. Public Relations: (Redd)

3a Walks, Runs: reindeer run 6 Dec 09:30 email will come out, (Mike) 4-H morse code, would like a demonstration, high school asked to have a NASA-ISS talk sometime next year

3b Field Day: June 27/28 2026 looking for individual to take the filed day helm , find out if day conflicts with fort, mentioned “repeater site” off rt104- president Ken would like a “snazzy name , additional miscellaneous talk about repeater sites

3c picnics, dinners: (Judy) Dec 13 12:30 RFH Hideaway, prime rib, fish platter, eggplant parm-menu was accepted. No picnic yet but will email, Judy no picnic or x-mas party 2026 and will pass the torch. Will need to find new coordinator and need E.I.N. # (see rick)

4. Community Property: (Garrett) MFS antenna analyzer, CB radio, ken asked about selling equipment in group
