No Rick- Ken read report. Balance read, Income from picnic, Mike add -> insurance, Garret move to accept, Mike R. second ->all accept

Committee Reports:

1. Education (Redd) 1 student passed tech tonight, tech course cancelled

2. Emergency Communications/RACES (Mike) standard as is, will be submitting yearly application, nuclear training after 1^st of year, not hear from county lawyer, next on air OCT 12 @20:00, voice transmission, not asked to participate in next nuclear exercise, starlink being used now, P.A. starlink to run it, nuclear training online, can pass and send to Mike to submit

3. Public Relations:

3a Walks, Runs: Reindeer Run 6 dec 2025 09:30 with email to follow, other events are over or cancelled

3b Field Day: cordial un-official way, no fort this year conflicting events, low interest noted, RT 104 and other possible areas listed

3c picnics, dinners: RFH dinner, speaker Jim Tesky weatherman, sat dec 13^th 12:30

4. Community Property: Ken bring MFJ antenna tuner, CB radio, Mike power supply

Old Business: none

New Business: need to nominate officers in October, will be voting in November- 1 week early, Ken is out Dec, Jan, Feb and says will not be running again for president.

-Ask Dave educational training, Dave talked about world canal conference, Erie canal 200yr anniversary

-Garret says F.L. digi training for meeting next month

-picnic and large turnup, need to talk picnic dates so can secure after 1^st of year
